The STOP-IT Study is a phase II, randomized, multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial to:
- Determine the ability of CT angiography (CTA) identified contrast extravasation (i.e., the spot sign) to predict ICH hematoma growth
- Randomize subjects with the spot sign to treatment with recombinant activated factor VII (rFVIIa) or placebo
